The Management
The company, headed by Mr.
Sanjay Deshpande, has a elaborate portfolio in the
field of construction & development. His recent
specialization being environment studies & restoration,
he is actively working on ecological balancing methods
in Pune City. He is also keen on adding all the
possible eco-facilities in his own projects as well.
Highly qualified from various renowned institutes
in Maharashtra, he has attained, D.C.E, B.E. &
A.M.I.E. in Civil Engineering. He started his career
with DSK Group of Companies in 1989 as JR. ENGINEER.
Since then he has worked at all levels of Engineering
and Marketing Department; such as Maintenance, Extra
work, Purchase, Planning, Execution and Field Marketing.
In his various different capacities at DSK Group,
he has gained experience of executing large scale
housing & commercial projects like DSK Ranwara
with 600 hundred units & DSK Vishwa over 5000
units, right from land purchasing to handing over.
He has been responsible for entire Engineering,
Planning and Marketing operations of the Group as
a Technical Director of D.S. Kulkarni Developers
Limited since 1996. Since 2001 he is working as
Jt. Managing Director of DSK Gr., while starting
his own venture in partnership with Mrs. Ashwini
Deshpande under the title of Sanjeevani Developers.
Mrs. Ashwini Deshpande, an entrepreneur by nature, is actively involved in the operations of Sanjeevani Developers. As a Director she is also involved in the operations of DSK Motors Ltd., dealer of Toyota Vehicles in western Maharashtra region.

Planning / Designing Approach
Mr. Sanjay Deshpande believes in
creating user friendly, maintenance free homes. Every
care is taken at planning stage & every check is put
at each stage of construction so as to create strong,
long lasting & most utilitarian homes. Users comfort
is given prior importance at designing stage. The importance
of space, air, water supply, everything is considered
with the knowledge that a home is the place where any
family spends at least 50-60 years of life, so it should
be comfortable for the owner for at least that much period.
HE is also keen on providing after sale service to his customers.
He started customer care division at DSKDL, where customers could call &
get all the necessary services for their problems regarding construction work.
This concept was introduced in Pune for the first time by this group.

Eco-friendly
Attitude
Mr. Sanjay Deshpande has specialized
experience in application of Environmental Conservation
Techniques in housing industry. HE as implemented many
Eco friendly facilities as well as maximizing use of unconventional
energy sources in the projects, such as providing Effluent
Treatment plant in residential colony at DSK Ranwara,
Central Solar Water Heating plants, applying various Rain
Water Harvesting Techniques, Introducing concept of Nature
Parks at DSK Vishwa etc. These are the first attempts
of such kind in Pune Construction scenario & these
have received extremely positive response from the users
proving them very successful. Taking inspiration from
this he has started a special Environment Cell in DSK
Group, which will be working for groups in house projects
as well as act as consultants for other customers.
He has taken lead role in making the common man aware on these issues through
various media, like newspaper articles, paper presentations at seminars, etc.
Also is a Managing Committee Member & Chairman, Environment Cell at
Promoters & Builders Association of Pune, (PBAP) a social organization
having 180 members engaged in Real Estate Development activities in Pune city.
He has participated in many seminars regarding Eco Friendly Housing. He has
been working as an honorary consultant for many Government / Semi Government
organizations on this subject. To name, Rain Water harvesting work at Gharwal
Regiment’s Head Quarter in Himalayas. Advisory Consultant for PMC’s
Environment Cell.
Designed & executed a program
for the draught hit villages in Tal. Shirur, in Pune
District to solve the water storage problems as well
invented & installed special mechanism for taking
out water from the wells. It is helping in reduction
in laborers involved in the process, as well reduction
in wastage & provides safer operating.
